Company has researched and developed many kinds of large diameter pipes
having higher technology, such as carbon steel pipes, casing and tubing
for well and alloy steel pipes for high pressure boiler. Right now, the
pipes having 159, 168, 219 mm in outside diameter are
mass-manufactured。

Technical & Quality Features: They are
manufactured by hot-rolling or cold drawn process, using special billets
for seamless steel pipes which can withstand high pressure. The pipe
dimensions are quite accurate and the appearance is free defects due to
having used special alloy moulds for drawing. The mechanical properties
and metallographic microstructure of the pipes are stable and uniform due
to being heat treated in computer-controlled furnace. All the pipes are
tested by UT, ET or Hydrostatical test facilities. The pipes
have been awarded “Golden Cup Prize” for their actual quality by China
Iron & Steel Association and the State General Administration of the
People’s Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and
Quarantine exempts the pipes quality surveillance inspection in

3087 Technical & Quality Features: They
are manufactured by hot-rolling process, using special carbon steel or
alloy steel billets which are cut in required length by gig saw and heated
in the rotary heating furnace (diameter 16 m). The special piercing
technique for manufacturing heavy wall thickness pipes, the special
elongation process without any mandrel and the particular sizing mills
have been used. The pipe dimension are quite accurate. They can widely be
used for mechanical, general engineering, structural and pressure
purposes. The State General Administration of the People’s
Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine
exempts the pipes quality surveillance inspection in 2005.
